I thought this picture was amusing.  I think it may be photoshopped, but I am not sure.  I know I’ve seen it before but can’t remember where.

There are unusual experiments done in the name of science, and then there are really off-the-wall experiments done...in the name of furniture?  The video in the article at this link doesn’t explain much of the why, and I really wish there had been more video of the cats running around, but it’s interesting and weird in any case.

Some of these quotes were familiar; all of them were amusing.  I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have something better from George Carlin or at least a couple more of his one-liners, although what they did provide was funny.

Ah, the good ol’ days.  I found the linked image there to be a different and amusing take on the them.  Taking a different tack, though, this page looks at how life in the U.S. was one-hundred four years ago.

Finally, I have seen this list of department store pranks before, but it’s still funny.  I doubt it’s based on reality, but it’s still amusing.

I apologize for the late post but, technically, in my time zone, it is still Wednesday, so it’s valid.  I built this list of links up over the last week and then totally spaced actually publishing this post until I was on my way home from work tonight.
