Ah, what a woild!  Work has gotten very busy lately.  I have been taking back-to-back calls for most of my shift.  This isn’t a bad, thing, just a tiring thing that takes a little getting used to.  Fortunately, after about three weeks of extreme overtime, I am finally adjusting to it.  On the bright side, I am starting to reap the rewards of this overtime.  I placed a nice big order on Amazon today, I am fully caught up with all of my bills (I had been running a month behind on a couple of them) and I have high hopes for a summer vacation with my kids that I have fully paid for.

 

As a result of all the OT, my leisure activities have become somewhat limited.  I have been working my way through The X-Files on Netflix and at home I am working my way through Ranma 1/2.  The latter is because the OT benefits are allowing me to slowly purchase it, season by season.  Part of my order today was season 3; two weeks ago I ordered season 2.

 

Tomorrow I am going to the clothing-optional hot springs I like to visit when I can.  It is a much needed visit, especially with all of the OT I have been doing.  Other than that, not a lot to report for this week.  See you with a little verse tomorrow.
