As of 2230 last night, I am officially on vacation!  Yay!

 

My flight leaves in about three and a half hours.  I will be in Indiana with my kids for about a week.  I will have some internet access, but probably not every day, so posts will be limited.  Wednesday Wanderings next week will certainly not happen, although I may have an alternative for it.

 

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this trip.  Normally, I am not that hyped about going to Indiana, but I have never really taken a vacation with my children, so this is really good.  It’ll be the first time I am seeing most of my family–everybody but my daughter–since Danny’s death.  I would like to think I would have planned and had this vacation with him if he were still alive, but I think his death inspired me to do this with my surviving kids.

 

Anyway, my ride to the airport picks me up in about an hour, so I am going to end this here.  Hopefully I will have some poetry for you tomorrow.  See you…soon!
